Thank you all for flaunting your Cindy Loo cartridge projects with us last week - they were amazing!!
For this week's challenge we are asking you to use the NIFTY FIFTIES cartridge and the cut choice this week is the CAR on Page 24! You can create anything you want and for that extra challenge, try to create something different from last week's project. If you do not own this cart feel free to use any similar cut from any cartridge, you have one week to enter the challenge.
This month's Grand Prize is sponsored by the wonderful SHEREE Cravin Scrappin thank you Sheree!
Here is my project (I am getting a head start on some Fathers Day Cards!!)
The background paper is from DCWV and I used an argyle cuttlebug folder. I inked the edges on the card and dressed it up with some buttons.
Now - wait until you see what all the other designers have come up with, you will definitely be inspired!!

Birthday Gift Card Holder - Cindy Loo
Hello Again,
Last week for my Flaunt It Friday design post we used Cindy Loo. Well while I had it out and loaded up I also needed to make a gift card holder as my son was going to a birthday party on Saturday. I used DCWV paper and cut this at 8inch (could have been a bit smaller - I originally cut it at 4in and that was way to small).
The sticker is from Karen Foster - I just love the dimension on it. I used Glue Dots to hold the gift cards down. Easy!!

Happy Easter - HE Is Risen Alleluia!!!
Happy Easter!!
This is the last (and most favorite) of my Easter cards!! These were made again with the Easter Seasonal from 2010.
The background paper is actually from a baby stack from K & Co., the label was cut from Lacy Labels - I cuttlebugged, glossy accented and glittered it up. I used some seam binding and ran an ink pad over it to match my colors, some Prima flowers and a My Pink Stamper Stamp.
Happy Easter and remember - it is only by His Grace that we are Saved because of his sacrifice. Enjoy the day with your Family and Friends.

Easter Shadow Box - A Childs Year
Hello Friends,
I bought some shadow boxes recently on sale at M's and need to start putting these to some good use for seasonal decorating. I decided to use A Child's Year to make this seasonal Easter piece:
I cut the image and then the shadow. Then I used LOTS of Prima Flowers in shades of purple to add some additional dimension. This is so simple but really looks beautiful. It is currently hanging in the powder room and will have to be repurposed for Graduation time.

Flaunt It Fridays - Cindy Loo Anything Goes
Hello FIF Peeps,
This week we are Flaunting the Cindy Loo cartridge and you can create anything you want with it. The design team has come up with some AWESOME ideas if I do say so myself.
I decided to use the cupcake wrappers on the cartridge to get ready for some Easter cupcakes - imagine you see YUMMY cupcakes inside of these (0:
I used K & Co. paper and some gems for the eyes on the birds. These were cut at 3 in and are very intricate so you want to use a lower speed.
Make sure you check out all the creations what were made for you this week and I cannot wait to see how you flaunt your Cindy Loo!!

28 Candles Blog Hop
Hello Friends,
I was asked to participate in the AWESOME 28 Candles Blog Hop by Kimi Lash Cremar of http://lovebugcreations3.blogspot.com/ and I was honored - (I mean look at the line-up AND check out her work). Anyway, the only requirement for this hop was to make a Birthday Project. Well, I decided to make a mini-album to give to a friend whose daughter is celebrating her 1st Birthday.
All paper is Imaginesce Birthday Bash line, the mini album I covered is from Colorbok and all images were cut using the Cricut Birthday Bash cartridge.
Now what would a blog hop be without candy - I will be offering to one winner the following:
A stamp set from TPC and a mini album for you to alter however you would like. Please leave a comment and I will pick a winner (using random.org) Monday morning and announce the winner on Tuesday.
Now here is the line-up --- you do not want to miss a thing.

Friday Frills Design Team Day - Quote
Hello Again - This is my second post today please continue to scroll down for my Flaunt it Friday post - thanks! (or click here:http://kozfam5.blogspot.com/2011/04/flaunt-it-fridays-simply-charmed.html)
For our Friday Frills Design team we were challenged to make a project using a Quote since Quick Quotes is our sponsor this week. I unfortunately do not have any Quick Quote product so did some searching on the ol' internet and found a football quote to use on a scrapbook layout of my son.
This Quote is from Joe Namath:
I love this because one of the ideals we are trying to instill with our family is that we are a Team, sharing and being honest are required. Now here is the complete layout:
I have SO many more of these that I need to get onto some pages so I hope to have some scrappy time this weekend to do that. BTW - the center is the Cutest Kid I must say (although I am a bit biased!!)

Scrapbook Layout Using Baby Steps
I am WAY behind in my scrapbooking and when I decided that I needed to start making some pages it really felt good. I am attempting to work on some pages for my daughters albums as they feel really left out. I made this page of my daughter Elizabeth's first Haircut.
Paper is from K & Co., little girl is cut from Baby steps using an awesome Peachy face on her, scissors and comb are from a Lite cartridge and I actually did use a journaling circle from Jillibean Soup.
Blessings, Jenny

TIC TAC Tornado
My sons second grade class is discussing weather and they have read Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs and will be showing the movie this week. To go along with the unit, the kids needed to make a diorama of sorts to depict some funky weather. Well, we came up with a tic tac tornado. Now mind you, he had to put this together (with a little help from mom) and then write a story to go along with his project.
We cut out some houses, a road, trees, birds, leaves, clouds, lightening bolts and a tornado:
He was pretty proud of it and is excited to read his story at school. Thanks for sharing in our class project.
