Lat Sunday I attended a baby shower for my cousin. My card was inspired from the new Cricut magazine.
The image is from Straight From the Nest. The measurements in the magazine were a bit off so I just improvised until I got the desired image. I used Kraft cardstock for the base and the top layer. The top layer was embossed with a cuttlebug folder. I inked the edges of the grass and used a button from my stash. I used chocolate twine from the Twinery to wrap around the bottom and tie a bow in my button. All other paper is from my stash. The momma to be really liked it and that is what matters.

Imagination Monday - Sweet Valentine
Emma at My Creative Time and Sarah at Pink Circut share a challenge every other Monday called Imagination Monday. This challenge is to use your Imagine (if you have one) or make an Imagine like card. I used the Yummy cartridge with my Imagine for the card. This was only the 2nd time I have used my Imagine and there is a slight learning curve but I figured I better start using it since I had to have 12 cartridges to go with it. (YIKES)
I used a stamp from Emma's You Had Me at Chocolate set, red stickles on the cherry, black gel pen to doodle, stampin up ribbon and LOTS of pop dots. I believe the background paper is from K&Co. and the solid color is DCWV. The white paper I used in the Imagine is from Walmart.

Thank You Card
In December, I participated in a Stocking Swap on the Cricut Circle message board. I had a fantastic partner and loved everything that I received. I wanted to show my appreciation and send a Thank You note. This is one of them images that I stamped awhile back to begin practicing my coloring. I hope she liked it.
All paper is from my stash. I used my Spellbinders dies to cute the mats, Prisma water color pencils, some doodling and a cuttlebug folder.

Tim Holtz Flower Die
Another item I just had to have... the Tim Holtz die to make the cute accordian flowers. Very easy to use, but hard to get these flowers to stay together. I think you need like super glue or something...still working on it. I was able to put a few cards together but after sitting around for awhile the accordians did come apart.
The paper is all K & Co., the ribbon is from Stampin Up, I used an Elmers paint pen to add dots to the hearts and a gem on the middle of the heart also from K & Co. The stamp is from last year by Hero Arts.

Card for A Friend
One of my fellow team members from FIF put a call out to send a card to her friend who had to be taken to the ER and then had to have a series of tests run. I am not sure of the outcome yet but definitely wanted to send some hugs. Awhile ago, I stamped images from all of the stamps I NEEDED and I thought one of these would be perfect.
This image is from Stampendous and I colored her with my Prisma water color pencils, used some stickles and my spellbinders dies. Some PTI ribbon and pop dots. Of course the stamped sentiment is from You Had Me At Chocolate from Emmas brand new stamps. I really want to start using all these great stamps I bought so you will probably be seeing more. Let me know what you think.
Blessings,
Jenny

Sweethearts Valentines
There are several challenges out there right now utilizing the Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge. Well since Valentine making has been going on here I have a few I thought I would share.
The background paper on both of these cuties is from the DCWV Pet Stack. Rounded corners, gel pen stitching, ribbons, a button, floss, $1 stamps and stickles. I have to track down all the challenges and enter.
Have a great day all.

The first blog hop I am in is "YOU SAY IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY BLOG HOP" hosted by my friend, Erika from Cricut Love to honour her daughter's birthday as Ashley has been having a hard time lately. The theme is Beatles songs. It is February 7th and should be a riot. Come join us!!!

The second hop is "PAPER DOLL DRESS UP BLOG HOP" hosted by Sandra and Janis from
Flaunt it Fridays and will feature members of our amazing design team. It happens February 11th. It uses the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and we will have some wonderful projects and fun stuff to share.
As with any blog hops, I am sure there will be blog candy along the way and possibly grand prizes from sponsors as well. So make note of these and please join me and the other talented ladies on these hops.
