With the horrible events last December that happened at the Sandy Hook Elementary school, the nation reached out and wanted to do something really special to welcome the kids when they went back to school. There was a call for snowflakes that they would then hang around the school to make it into a Winter Wonderland when they returned. Our school district organized a day that kids could gather and make the snowflakes together over Christmas Break. I of course had to document the moment and take some pictures. I am SO happy that I have now put these pictures onto a page to share with you:
The background paper is from DCWV. My title was cut using A Childs Year cricut cartridge and the snowflakes were cut using Accent Essentials.
It is a shame that we continue to have these attacks all across our nation our hearts and prayers were in Boston and Dallas just this week. But in all the bad, look for the good, the people who run towards all the craziness to help. There is a plan, we just don't know what it is and we have to Believe that true goodness and mercy will win out every time.
Blessings, Jenny
