Pastel Clown

I have another card that I made that I will be able to post in 2 separate challenges. And the bonus is while I as working on this my daughter texted asking if I could make her a card by next Friday for a new baby girl. SWEET! Already done.

Button, Floss, white pom pom and Brads all from stash
